Sally, an early-career researcher, pursued a MSc degree, focusing on the structure of ocean island volcanoes. She used gravity observations to infer subsurface architecture, contributing to improved understanding of volcanic evolution and potential hazards.
Sally was actively involved in the team’s research activities and collaborates on projects aimed at integrating gravity data with other geophysical observations to better resolve volcanic structures.
She completed her MSc degree in July 2026 with a dissertation on “Gravity constraints on the internal structure, evolution, and stability of volcanic rift zones in Tenerife, Canary Islands: Comparison with Hawaiian rift models”.
