Samilar Alipour

Samira (PhD degree, 2013) did a PhD on hazard assessement using satellite radar interferometry. Her official supervisor was Prof. Kristy K. Tiampo. I helped, as much as I could, as I was also recently graduated myself, because Kristy was in a sabbatical year in Spain. After her graduation at the University of Western Ontario, she worked as geophysicist and InSAR expert across several companies in the private sector. She recently, moved to ReInsurance ScotiaBank at Toronto (Canada).
